Stephen is a New York City based artist working in several different mediums including mokuhanga, linocut, and oil painting. He graduated with a Masters in Fine Art from the New York Academy of Art in 2009 where he studied traditional painting and drawing techniques.  Currently, Stephen is focusing on Japanese woodblock prints and reductive linocut printmaking.
